Austin Mill, Marketing and Operations Manager

Austin has been working for a local non-profit organization and has focused on marketing, development, recruitment, fund-raising and organizational efforts for the past three years. We are excited to have him, and know that his presence will be a great addition. Stop by and introduce yourself. Feel free to share your comments about the 2300 Club with Austin. Jason Houdek, Executive Chef:

Chef Jason Houdek looks forward to serving each member and guest fresh local cuisine. Jason attended culinary art school in California where he is originally from. Jason is often seen whipping up creative and delicious food in the kitchen or visiting with members to insure they had a wonderful dining experience. Jason found his passion in culinary arts at a young age and has continued to hone in on his love of the trade. He focuses on using the freshest of ingredients and the flavor comes through in his dishes. Jason looks forward to each member having a wonderful culinary experience on every visit to the club.
